Delivery

Expected delivery time:

* Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 3 to 5 Working Days
* Within Pakistan for Stitched: 10 to 15 Working Days
* Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 5 to 7 Working Days
* Outside Pakistan for Stitched: Within 20 to 25 Working Days

Shipping Charges:

* Within Pakistan: Free
* Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of the package and destination.

Couriers:

* Within Pakistan: We Normally User M&P as our Courier company, In rare cases we can also use an alternative company.

Order Tracking:

* On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check the Junk/Spam folder as well.

Customs and Duties:

  •  Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Apparel Fiesta is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

Returns

Exchange/Returns

* Any product bought from Apparel Fiesta online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.
* For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons only i.e Faulty or incorrect items delivered.
* Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for the Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.
* Exchange Policy is only liable within 14 days after the goods are delivered.
* For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
* Apparel Fiesta does not provide exchange/refund for custom orders.
* For exchange you can contact our customer
* Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.
* For the exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.

Order Cancellations:

* You may cancel your order by emailing us at info@apparelfiesta.com before the order has been processed
* Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
* Stitched orders can only be canceled within 2 days of order placement.
* Apparel Fiesta has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
